CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, was notified today (9 April 2015) that on this date, Simon Innes, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 555 pence per share.
Following this sale, Simon Innes is interested in 246,475 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.42 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
