CVS Group plc ("CVS" or "the group")

Annual General Meeting Statement

CVS, one of theΒ UK's leading providers of veterinary services, is holding its AGM at 11.00am today.

At the meetingΒ Richard Connell, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"In the financial year to date, I am pleased to report that we have continued to grow the business organically and through acquisition, most recently with the acquisition of the Rees Veterinary Clinic inΒ WarringtonΒ on 30 November.Β The Board remainsΒ confident that the business will continue to perform in line withΒ itsΒ expectations."
