Coventry Building Society announces it intends to appoint Shamira Mohammed as Non-Executive Director. It is intended Ms Mohammed will join the Board with effect from 1 May 2019.
Ms Mohammed currently works in a senior finance role at Aviva PLC and prior to that she spent 18 years at Phoenix Group.
There are no matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 9.6.13 R (2) to (6).
