NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY

€500,000,000 Series 6 0.625 per cent. Fixed Rate due 2021(the Series 6 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 3 November 2021 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 6 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Coventry Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 6 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 6 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 6 Covered Bonds with effect on 1 December 2021 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
