Possible acquisition of Axiom Holdings Limited

The Board notes recent press speculation and confirms it is in negotiations regarding a possible acquisition; if agreement is reached, any consideration is expected to be payable in cash from the Group's existing financial resources. This possible acquisition is currently expected to be a Class Two transaction under the UK's Listing Rules.

There is no certainty any agreement will be reached or the likely terms of any possible acquisition. A further announcement will be made, if and when appropriate.
