The Company announces that, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it has been advised by Legal & General Group Plc that its holding in the Company has increased and crossed through the 3% threshold to 4.14%.
The number of shares held by Legal & General Group Plc now comprises 1,672,557 ordinary shares of 1p shares each in the capital of the Company.
