Directorate change 

T.Clarke plc confirms the retirement of Pat Stanborough as Chief Executive on 31 December 2009 and the appointment of Mark Lawrence as Chief Executive, as previously announced in the Interim Management Statement on 8 May 2009. Pat Stanborough has retired from the Board and will continue to support the business in an advisory capacity for a further year.

Russell Race, Chairman commented: "The board would like to thank Pat for his many years of loyal service and his significant contribution to the success of T Clarke Plc and wish him an enjoyable retirement."
