T.Clarke plcĀ confirmsĀ theĀ retirementĀ ofĀ Pat StanboroughĀ asĀ Chief ExecutiveĀ onĀ 31 DecemberĀ 2009Ā and the appointment of Mark Lawrence as Chief Executive, as previously announced in the Interim Management Statement onĀ 8Ā May 2009.Ā Pat StanboroughĀ hasĀ retiredĀ from the Board andĀ willĀ continue to supportĀ the businessĀ inĀ anĀ advisory capacityĀ for a further year.
