APPOINTMENT OF NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR
The Board of T. Clarke plc ("T. Clarke" or the "Group"), the building services group, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Martin Walton as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Martin, 46, is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in senior finance management positions with BDO Stoy Hayward, KPMG and London Transport. He has significant experience of working with listed public limited companies and large private companies across a number of industries and in the construction sector including Skanska and Multiplex. Martin knows T.Clarke well and has been with the Group for the past three years as Group Financial Controller. He has played a major role in improving the Group's financial controls and simplifying the reporting structure, including the development and implementation of a new IT platform to help manage our internal controls and management reporting.
The Group has also recruited a new Group Financial Controller, who will be supporting Martin. Kim Thistleton has joined the Group from accountancy firm Reeves & Neyland. She knows the T.Clarke business well and has audited a group subsidiary for some years.

Martin does not hold any shares in T.Clarke plc. There is no further information relating to the appointment of Martin which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
