Appointment of Non-Executive Director
TClarke plc ("TClarke" or the "Company"), the Building Services Group, is pleased to announce that Aysegul Sabanci has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st May 2022. She will also be joining the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company.
Aysegul Sabanci has considerable international experience at executive level in the Construction and Services sectors. Until recently Aysegul was Group Head of Procurement at ISG where she gained considerable experience in operating in Europe.
TClarke Chairman, Iain McCusker, commented,
"I am delighted that Aysegul has agreed to join the TClarke Board. Her experience in operating in Europe in particular will be invaluable as we strive to achieve our £500m revenue target."
There are no matters to be disclosed in respect of Aysegul's appointment under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
