WJ Weston is now beneficiallyinterested in 14,850,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company whichrepresents approximately 13.34 per cent. of the entire issued voting sharecapital of the Company. WJ Weston holds 13,850,000 ordinary shares in theCompany in his personal capacity and 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Companythrough Gailifield Limited, a company wholly owned by WJ Weston.
