Westside Investments plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, has been informed that following an acquisition of 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company in the placing announced on 24 December 2013 and admitted to trading on 20 January 2014, Mr William Weston has a beneficial interest in 182,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing approximately 13.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
