Westside Acquisitions PLC15 January 2008 Westside Acquisitions Plc ("the Company") Holding in Company The Company was informed on Monday 14 January 2008 that WJ Weston, throughGailfield Limited, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company on Friday 11January 2008 and a further 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company on Monday 14January 2008. WJ Weston is now interested in 15,800,000 ordinary shares in theCompany which represents approximately 14.20% of the entire issued ordinaryshare capital of the Company. Mr Weston holds 14,000,000 ordinary shares in theCompany in his personal capacity and 1,800,000 ordinary shares in the Companythrough Gailfield Limited, a company wholly-owned by WJ Weston.
