Annual Report and Accounts
Hong Kong, 28 April 2017 - Cathay International Holdings Ltd. (LSE: CTI.L), a leading operator and investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), Form of Direction and Form of Proxy for its forthcoming AGM, have been posted to shareholders.
These documents will also be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm. In addition, the documents will be available on the Cathay International Holdings website at http://www.cathay-intl.com.hk and may also be obtained from the Company Secretary.
The AGM will be held at the Company's Hong Kong Office at Suites 1203-4, 12/F, Li Po Chun Chambers, 189 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong on 21 June 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time).
