CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care and education services to adults and children in the UK, announces that a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) has today completed a sale of beneficial interest in the Company.

Andrew Lee, Commercial Director, has sold 1,500 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 546 pence per Ordinary Share.

The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
