Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Mr Tony Chambers, a Non-executive Director of Christie Group plc, acquired 20,000 shares in the Company at 30p per share on 27 March 2009.
Accordingly Mr Chamber's holding has increased to 63,190 ordinary shares in Christie Group plc, representing approximately 0.25 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
