Total Voting Rights
Avia Health Informatics Plc announces that the Company's total issued share capital consists of 6,524,023 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no shares in treasury, therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 6,524,023. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
