CATERPILLAR INC. FILES FORM 4s
PEORIA, Ill.- 3 April 2012 - Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT / NYSE Euronext: CATR / LSE: CAT) today informs its stockholders that, in accordance with Section 16(a) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, 13 Form 4s (the report on Form 4 being a statement of changes in the beneficial ownership of its officers, directors and 10% owners) was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Form 4s filed in respect of Caterpillar can be found on the SEC Internet site (www.sec.gov).
