CT Automotive Group PLC - CT Automotive Group PLC - Portsmouth, England-based designer, developer and supplier of interior components to auto industry - Raises GBP7.7 million from issue of 22.7 million new shares at 34 pence each in a placing by Liberum Capital Ltd and direct subscriptions. The new shares represent 45% of total share capital prior to the raise. CT Automotive says equity raise is to strengthen the balance sheet, while "a small portion" of the fresh cash will be used to realise efficiency savings including from investing in injection moulding production systems and robotics.
