CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry, announces that Geraint Davies, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 25,200 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.1 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the Purchase, Geraint Davies is now interested in 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
