Long Term Supply Agreement

The Board of Croma, the AIM listed security, homeland defence and avionics software specialist, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, R&D Design Services Limited ("RDDS"), has signed a Long Term Supply Agreement with Agusta, S.p.A. ("Agusta"), the manufacturer of Westland Helicopters.

RDDS is a leading provider of vision-enhanced airborne surveillance systems to Civil, Police and Military organisations worldwide and under the terms of the five year exclusive agreement with Agusta, it will supply its RDDS Avionics, Mission Equipment and Multifunction Displays for use in all Agusta Westland Helicopters worldwide.

Sebastian Morley, CEO, commented: "I am pleased to announce such a long term agreement between RDDS and Agusta. Such an agreement with a leading defence contractor is an endorsement of the work we have achieved to date. In addition, our subsidiary, Vigilant, has won a further contract to guard an MOD site at the Aldershot garrison, which cements our position as a key provider of defensive security manpower to the MOD."
