Issue of Shares

 

Further to the Company's announcement of 27 March 2012 and as a result of the share consolidation, an additional 4 Ordinary Shares in the Company have been issued and allotted. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 4 April 2012.

 

As a result of this issue of shares, the Company has 14,502,536 ordinary shares in issue.
