Croma Group PLC07 May 2008 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Company") DIRECTOR HOLDING The Board of Croma, the AIM listed security, access control and homeland defencespecialist, was informed on 6 May 2008 that its non-executive Chairman, AndrewNicholas Hewson, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3p each to beheld in his SIPP. In addition a further 100,000 ordinary shares have been purchased today, 7 May2008, at a price of 3p each also to be held in his SIPP. As a result of these puchases Mr Hewson now holds a total of 3,354,342 ordinaryshares, which represents approximately 1.89% of the total issued share capitalof the Company. All these shares are held in Mr Hewson's SIPP.
