Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Mr Roberto Fiorentino, a Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.5 pence each on 29 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Fiorentino is interested in 3,347,447 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
