Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Mr Nicholas Hewson, a Director of the Company, purchased via. his SIPP 26,315 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.5 pence each on 29 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Hewson is interested in 171,315 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
