Croma Group PLC05 November 2007 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") Appointment of Finance Director, change of auditors and grant of Share Options The Board of Croma, the AIM listed surveillance security and homeland defencespecialist, have today announced the appointment to the Board of a new FinanceDirector. The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerald Michael McGill, aged34, to the Board. He has taken up roles as Finance Director and CompanySecretary of Croma Group and will oversee the financial affairs of the Group andits operating subsidiaries. Mr McGill will continue his role as a partner withFarries, Kirk & McVean, a Scottish based chartered accountants. Gerald holds or has held the following directorships or been a partner in thefollowing partnerships within the five years prior to this announcement: Current PastVigilant Asset Protection LimitedFarries, Kirk & McVean There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) ofthe AIM Rules Grant of Options The Board also announces that certain options were granted on 30 April 2007 tothe following directors: Director Number of options Exercise price Sebastian Morley (CEO) 2,500,000 6.5pNick Hewson (NED) 1,000,000 6.5pGerard Thompson (NED) 1,000,000 6.5p All of the options granted are exercisable 12 months from the date of grant withan expiry date of 30th April 2017.
