TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

AS AT 30 SEPTEMBER 2009

Cosalt announces as at 30 September 2009, the Company's capital consists of 404,403,397 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. Cosalt does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company at 30 September 2009 is 404,403,397.

The above figure of 404,403,397 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cosalt under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
