Cosalt PLC26 March 2008 Cosalt plc("Cosalt" or "the Group") Re Directorate Further to the announcement on 19 March 2008, Cosalt advises that Mr Yarom Ophir(34), who will be appointed a non-executive director as from 3 June 2008, is aDirector of Sovereign Holding Limited, the Bermuda-based investment holdingcompany of the Rappaport Family Trust. In addition, Mr Ophir is a member of theTrust's Investment Committee. Separately, Mr Ophir is Managing Director of Katana SA, a document managementcompany, and also sits on the Boards of International Maritime Services SA andof commercial real estate businesses, Societe Immobiliere IMS SA and SoverinoReal Estate Management SA.
