Cosalt PLC01 August 2006 Cosalt plc ("Cosalt" or "the Group") Appointment of Chief Executive Mr Per A Jonsson has been appointed to the Cosalt Board with immediate effectand will assume responsibility as Chief Executive on 29 August 2006. Per Jonsson (46) is a Swedish national who spent 16 years with General Electric,where he held general management positions in Europe, USA and Russia. He hasextensive experience of buying and selling businesses, integrating themsuccessfully and delivering value through strategic change. Per, who served asa Captain with the Swedish Royal Navy for three years prior to joining GeneralElectric, holds an MS in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute ofTechnology in Stockholm and an MBA from INSEAD. He was Chief Executive ofPatientline plc from March 2005 to February 2006.
