Exercise of Employee Share Options

CSF announces that it has made application to AIM for admission to trading of 28,667 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company as a result of the exercise of employee share options. The ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7 October 2011. Following this share issue the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 160,028,667 ordinary shares.
The above figure of 160,028,667may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
