TRADING UPDATE

The Directors of CSF are pleased to advise that the Group has entered into a tenancy agreement with an established multinational telecommunications company for the rental of 11,450 square feet of space at the CX2 data centre for an initial period of one year with an option to extend the lease period by three years.

The company is pleased with progress to date and since the time of float in March, the occupancy of CX-2 by paying customers has increased from 50% to 67%. The company is on track to achieve full occupancy of CX-2 by December 2010 and is expecting further news flow on its other South East Asian sites in the near future.
