CSF Group plc (AIM: CSFG), a provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia, announces that it was advised on 9 February 2018 and 10 February 2018 by Mr Wong Chow Ming and Mr Goh Kua Bee, respectively, that following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares on 2 January 2018, Mr Wong and Mr Goh are now beneficially interested in 12,786,591 ordinary shares (equivalent to 7.99% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company) and 5,965,876 ordinary shares (equivalent to 3.73% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company), respectively.
