Net b2b2 PLC28 July 2006 Netb2b2 plc 28 July 2006 Trading Update Netb2b2 PLC ("the Company"), the digital communications business aggregator,reports that Group trading in the fourth quarter of the year to 30 June 2006 wasdisappointing following unexpected delays by customers in committing to newcontracts. Consequently the results for the year ended 30 June 2006 will besignificantly below market expectations. However, current trading is recovering following some encouraging new Groupcontract wins, particularly from Blue Sky Hosting and Fernhart New Media. As shareholders were previously informed in the interim results released on 30March 2006, the Company instigated a strategic review of the Group's individualtrading companies, looking to find the best combination of synergistic assets inwhich to capture a larger share of the fast-growing digital media andentertainments markets. It was also reported that the Company is consideringacquiring new companies to help meet its objective of accelerating itsprofitability. The Company expects to announce the outcome of this strategicreview when it publishes its preliminary results later in the year.
