Net b2b2 PLC18 January 2006 18 January 2006 NETB2B2 PLC AGM TRADING UPDATE Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2" or "the Group"), the AIM-quoted business aggregatorfocusing on the digital communications sector, is today holding its AnnualGeneral Meeting and will issue the following trading update. Netb2b2 has traded satisfactorily since the announcement of its preliminaryresults on 31 October 2005 and there are growing signs of the development ofGroup synergies. Blue Sky has had a good start to the year, signing new hostingdeals with Sports News Television, Integra and Eversheds as well as the CarbonTrust, with whom cScape has worked extensively in the past. cScape iscontinuing to grow its portfolio of clients and win long term relationships withexisting clients. The consultancy has recently embarked upon a new intranetdesign project for Centrica and in November it won the tender for the CMS websupport and development element of Phase II in the redevelopment of LewishamBorough Council's website, a £110,000 project over six months. ITM Graphics, has also won a significant new contract with Daltons Weeklymagazine, valued at approximately £700,000 per annum, over 3 years and Netb2b2'srecent move to larger premises reflects the sustained growth in operatingactivities and the need for increased capacity across the businesses. NetPencontinues to expand its partner network and is currently working closely with acorporation to develop its technology in the fields of safety and compliance andthe duty free and aviation sectors. Finally, Fernhart New Media ("Fernhart") has performed well since itsacquisition in September, winning further business in the media sector includingBBC, SKY and Iberian Online Advertising along with continued business with RoyalInstitute of Chartered Surveyors; a client held in common with cScape.Following the successful launch of OneStopRacing.com, it has signed affiliatepartnership agreements with Victor Chandler and Sporting Index. Fernhart is wellpositioned as a leading partner within the latest Microsoft partner programmeinitiative focusing within the Media and Entertainment sectors which positionsthe group well to realise new revenues from Microsoft's focus within the homeand specifically the "living room".
