The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has received approval from H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the 1.25 pence per share dividend (0.25 pence to be paid out of revenue profits and 1.00 pence from realised capital gains) as set out in the announcement on 26 February 2009.

This dividend will be paid on 17 April 2009 to shareholders on the register on 20 March 2009.
