12 September 2013 - Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, has been informed that Matrix Alpha Analytics, a company in which Neil Heywood, a non-executive director of the Company, has an interest, has today sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, in order to fund expansion of its business. The shares were sold at a price of 402p per share.
Following these transactions, Neil Heywood has an interest in the Company of 105,356 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
