Director Dealing
The Company announces that it has today received notification from Paul Freud, Corporate Development Director of Coral, regarding a dealing in restricted securities dated 27 January 2017. A PDMR notification form has been included as an appendix to this announcement.
Paul Freud has informed the Company of the purchase of 115,000 shares in the Company at a price of 13p per share.
Mr Freud's shareholding in the Company following the transaction comprises 1,948,333 ordinary shares representing 2.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's issued share capital comprises of 82,614,865 ordinary shares (1p nominal value) with voting rights.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
