Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Low as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

David Low has over 25 years of experience in investment management and management consultancy. He was a director of Manroy Plc until July 2014 when it was sold to FN Herstal SA for £16m. He is a shareholder in several private companies involved in sports and leisure, vending and telemetry services, brewing and real estate. Over the years he has been involved in several successful takeovers and corporate restructuring.

David James St Clair Low, age 56, has held the following directorships / partnerships:

David Low was a shareholder and director of The Goat Leisure Company Limited until March 2010. In July 2011, the company was put into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation with debts of £20,000.

David Low holds 780,000 ordinary shares in Coral, representing approximately 1.3% of the Company's issued share capital.

Chairman Joe Grimmond commented: "David has been highly successful in his business career and has made a significant and highly proactive contribution to the boards on which he has been a member. As we seek out further earnings enhancing acquisitions as part of our strategic plan, David will provide invaluable counsel, effort and support. We are delighted to welcome him to the board."
