Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) provides the following notification of a transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") relating to the vesting of shares under the 2013 Cirata plc US Equity Incentive Plan ("the Plan").
On 3 October 2022 Mr. Peter Lees (non-executive director) ("Mr Lees") was granted 24,560 Restricted Stock Units under the terms of the Plan ("Plan Award") all of which vested on 4 October 2023, as disclosed in the announcement of 4 October 2022.
On 8 December 2023, Mr. Lees sold 15,300 ordinary shares (the "Disposal") at a price of 62.25 pence per ordinary share, in part to cover the tax and national insurance liability which arose upon the vesting of the Plan Award.
Due to an administrative oversight, there was a delay to the notification of the Disposal. Following the Disposal, Mr Lees will be the beneficial owner of 69,260 ordinary shares, representing 0.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
