Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) provides the following notification of a share transfer by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
On 29 July 2024, Mr Kenneth Lever, Non-Executive Chairman of Cirata, transferred 245,454 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Cirata to his wife Mrs Denise Lever for nil consideration (the "Share Transfer").
Following the Share Transfer, Mr Kenneth Lever's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 245,454 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent of the Company's issued share capital. For the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation, this figure includes those Ordinary Shares held by Mrs Denise Lever as a "person closely associated" with Mr Kenneth Lever.
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in respect of the Share Transfer is included at the end of this announcement.
