Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) provides the following notification of a share transfer and a share purchase by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
On 4 December 2023, Mr Stephen Kelly, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 82,000 Ordinary Shares in Cirata to each of his daughters Hannah, Isabel and Naomi Kelly (an aggregate total of 246,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Share Transfers").
Separately on 4 December 2023, Mr Stephen Kelly, purchased 15,980 Ordinary Shares in Cirata at a price of 63 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").
Following the completion of the Share Purchase, the Share Transfer and once the previously announced Allotment Award[1] share matching transaction has been completed, Mr Stephen Kelly will be the beneficial owner of 1,802,660 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.56% of the Company's "total issued" share capital[2].
The following represents the PDMR's beneficial interest post completion of the Share Purchase, the Share transfers and the "Allotment Award".

[1]As described in our 17 November 2023 regulatory announcement, under the terms of the Allotment Award share matching transaction Mr Kelly will be allocated a total of 850,000 ordinary shares. These shares will be issued by 31 December 2023.
[2] The Company's issued share capital at 1 December 2023 consisted of 114,933,711 ordinary shares of ten pence each with voting rights admitted to trading. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. Upon completion of the Allotment Share Awards the issued share capital will increase by 850,000 shares leading to a total of 115,783,648 issued share capital.
