Further to the regulatory announcement dated 26 March 2019 relating to the appointment of Peter Truscott as Chief Executive Officer, we are pleased to announce that Peter will be joining the Company on 9 September 2019. Chris Tinker will continue to act as Interim Chief Executive Officer until that date.
There is no additional information which is required to be disclosed pursuant paragraph LR9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
