Application for admission of ordinary shares to the Official List

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (acting in its capacity as the UK Listing Authority) and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 1,000,000 ordinary shares (the 'Shares') of 5 pence each in Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the 'Company') to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 17 April 2025.

The Shares to be admitted under the block listing are shares to be allotted under Company's Share Incentive Plan.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
