Notification of Transactions of Directors
The Company has been notified that on 22 March 2017, Jacqui Wild, the wife of Phil Wild, a Director of the Company, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1400.0p per Share, to partially fund a property purchase.
As a result of the above, Phil Wild's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 20,000 Shares.
