The Company wasΒ notified onΒ 20thΒ MayΒ 2009 that onΒ 25thΒ March 2009Β Dr J S BartholomewΒ (wife of MrΒ David Wilks,Β a Non-Executive Director)Β boughtΒ 6,445Β ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")Β at a price ofΒ 77Β pence per share.
As a result of theseΒ transactionsΒ MrΒ David WilksΒ and his connected parties have a notifiable beneficial interest in the Company ofΒ 7,445Β Ordinary Shares, representingΒ 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
