CONFIRMATION OF ISSUER CALL REDEMPTION

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Amended and Restated Master Definitions Schedule dated 16 May 2022 in relation to the Issuer's collateralised exchange traded securities programme.

The Issuer hereby gives notice that the ETP Securities of the Relevant Series have been redeemed in full with effect from 21 April 2023 (the "Issuer Call Redemption"). The ETPs of the Relevant Series were redeemed at the Mandatory Redemption Amount per ETP as set out below:

The Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date with respect to the Issuer Call Redemption Notice will be 25 April 2023.
