Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC06 July 2005 CRESCENT HYDROPOLIS RESORTS PLC PRESS RELEASE The Directors of Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (" the Company") announce thatMr Joachim Kundt, Executive Vice President for International Operations atSIEMENS AG, has joined the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately.Mr Kundt is responsible for SIEMENS operations in Africa, the Middle East andCIS States. Before assuming responsibilities as Executive Vice President for InternationalOperations, Mr Kundt was CEO of SIEMENS LLC in the lower Gulf States of theMiddle East, responsible for operations in the United Arab Emirates, Oman,Qatar, Bahrain and Yemen. Mr Kundt, aged 49, studied electrical engineering in Germany at FachhochschuleNiederrhein, earning his Dipl-Ing in 1982 with expertise in Power Plant Controland Automation. He also has expertise in nuclear power plant design andmicroprocessor control systems. In addition to his directorship with the Company, Mr Kundt serves on the Boardof Directors of SIEMENS affiliated companies, Siemens Ltd South Africa, SiemensLtd Israel and Siemens Ltd Saudi Arabia. There is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
