Mr. Litton is the Managing Director of Devonshire Corporate Services Limited,which is a regulated company in the Isle of Man to provide corporateadministration and trustee services. Mr. Litton is an Associate of the Instituteof Bankers and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Hydropolis has also today changed its registered office to 15 St Georges Street,Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AJ. Mr. Andrew Baker has today resigned as Company Secretary.
