PDMR Notification
Conduit Holdings Limited that it was notified on 4 March 2026 that:
(1) On 2 March 2026, Ken Randall, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL (a "PDMR"), disposed of 55,000 Common Shares at a price of £4.2712 per share.
(2) on 4 March 2026, Ken Randall's Self?Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), a person closely associated with him (a "PCA"), acquired 55,000 Common Shares at £4.34 per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Randall's beneficial ownership interest in CHL remains unchanged at 55,000 Common Shares (including those held in his SIPP).
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
