COMPLETION OF SALE OF THE DLKW GROUP
Further to the announcement made on 13 July 2010 that the resolution to approve the Disposal of the DLKW Group was duly passed at the General Meeting held yesterday, the Board is pleased to announce that it has today completed the sale of the DLKW Group to Lowe for a total consideration of £28 million.
